We heard from Wes (our contact at The Salvation Army) this is what he had to say:
"If we were able to clone your group and put you at all of our kettles, we would have probably doubled
our goal for the year (not exaggerating!). Your group raised $619 that day, which is far, far above average.

Thanks Mrs Schamerhorn for coordinating this event. Thanks to all those GMB members and their families that helped us ring in the season with the Salvation Army Red Kettle campaign.
Our kettle was full and we had a great time entertaining the shoppers.

Our kids were helping other kids when we collected school supplies
during band camp and donated them to our West Ridge Community.
We collected bins full of school supplies, everyone participated and
for our first attempt we were very successful.
